Waquoit Church’s Annual Summer Bazaar Set for July 11-12
Now in its 85th year, The Waquout Church’s annual Summer Bazaar will be held Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, 9 am – 4 pm both days. This colossal bazaar offers something for everyone: antiques, furniture, jewelry, household goods, sporting goods, tools, outdoor furniture, toys, linens, art, books, plus a lot more. There are kayaks, windsurfers, and row boats for sale as well.
“We love hosting this huge bazaar. It allows us to connect with community and to offer fabulous items at really great prices, “ said The Rev. Nell Fields, minister of the Waquoit Congregational Church. “Plus, it’s a lot of fun. Everybody has a great time.”
The bazaar also features the famous “Waquoit Holy Hot Dogs.” There’s a blessing in every bite.
All proceeds from the sale support the Waquoit Church’s community outreach activities. “It all goes back into the community,” Fields said.
The Waquoit Congregational Church is located at 15 Parsons Lane, Waquoit. There will be parking available on Parsons Lane and other locations as directed by the parking attendants.
