The Christmas season can be a blur with all the running around that takes place. What can people do to restore their souls? Take a break.
Everyone is invited to take a break from the rush and the din at a Taize service at the Waquoit Congregational Church on Wednesdays, 5:30-6:15 p.m., Dec. 6, 13 and 20.
Taize is an ecumenical service focused on reconciliation and peace among all people. The contemplative service includes prayer, candles, song and periods of silence. The Taize service at the Waquoit church is opened to everyone.
